Set up Shelly Plug S Gen3 with the Shelly App
Download the Shelly Smart Control app (iOS or Android). Plug in your Shelly Plug S Gen3, open the app and follow the in-app setup wizard to connect it to your home Wi-Fi network. Make sure to assign the device a name you'll recognise (e.g. 'Water Heater').
Add your contract and price filter in Elewatt
In Elewatt, go to Contracts and add your electricity tariff. Then go to Filters and add a new price filter — this defines when you want the device to turn on and off based on the electricity spot price or the cheapest hours of the day.
Connect your Shelly Cloud account to Elewatt
In Elewatt, go to Connections → Shelly and click Connect with Shelly Cloud. Sign in with your Shelly account and approve the access — no API keys or copy-pasting needed. Elewatt can then send on/off schedules to your device automatically.
Link your Shelly Plug to the price filter
In Elewatt under Connections → Shelly, find your Shelly Plug S Gen3 and select the price filter you created. Elewatt will now calculate the optimal on/off schedule each day based on tomorrow's electricity prices and push it directly to the device.
